It’s never easy to reach out for help, concede to our challenges and tap into feelings of vulnerability. So, let’s begin with an acknowledgement of having made it this far.

I believe the power of therapy is rooted in connection.

My priority is to offer a warm, safe, compassionate and non-judgemental environment. I offer a client centered and trauma informed approach to treatment and am passionate about supporting individuals to build on their innate strengths and resiliencies. My practise is an LGBTQ+ and sex-positive space.

Choosing Therapy

Therapy is a space to explore our emotions, learn to manage the thoughts and behaviours negatively impacting our lives, develop healthy and protective coping skills, strengthen relationships and build a foundation for meaningful, empowered and purpose-driven lives. Put simply, choosing therapy is about choosing ourselves.
